Originally from Berthold, I have been serving the Minot community as a Physical Therapist since 2011, with extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. My passion for helping athletes of all ages recover, perform, and stay active led me to provide physical therapy services at Souris Valley CrossFit through a cash-based model, allowing for highly individualized treatment plans and dedicated one-on-one care.
I specialize in Functional Dry Needling, IASTM, cupping therapy, and return-to-sport rehabilitation. In addition to practicing physical therapy, I also serve as a coach and personal trainer at Souris Valley CrossFit, helping individuals improve strength, movement quality, and overall performance in both rehabilitation and fitness settings. I hold my CrossFit Level 1 Certificate Course certification, which further supports my approach to helping athletes safely regain strength, build confidence, and continue doing what they love for years to come.
